So, for every £100,000 borrowed, they would receive £700 in commission - if they are on commission. Many will therefore not charge for their advise if they are. However they maybe tied to specific companies and so may not be able to offer the best deal. Start with your bank. They will know you personally and financially - hopefully! The service provided was excellent. I went in and made an appointment and Lisa Buckingham met me at the house I wanted to rent out. She provided all the information I needed and was able to answer all the questions that I had. I went for the full package where the office does everything for me - I needed this as I live a long way away and do not want to have to keep returning. Lisa was able to advise on a company that would clear the house out once we had taken our belongings and also another company to provide a full clean before possible tenants viewed the house. The service was excellent and the first people who viewed the house rented it. Overall the service provided was excellent and Lisa in particular was always helpful and sorted out all of my problems. Other Staff at the office are also very good when you ring. Overall I would recommend Your Move to anyone that wants to rent a property out
