Fab place for waĺking dogs off lead and very good information boards with lots of mining history information and well preserved engine houses.
Lovely walk around the mine buildings. As mentioned previously, the walk is somewhat ruined by inconsiderate dog owners not cleaning up after their pets. I'm a dog owner and am constantly irritated by such people - there is a bin, so use it!

I am currently in the middle of a 7 month long language course in Munich, Germany through CESA languages, and I could not be any more satisfied. The people at CESA made everything so easy, not only signing up for the course, but also since I have been here. I wouldn't choose anybody else!
I have now attended two Spanish courses with CLIC in Seville booked through CESA Languages. The teaching staff at CLIC are extremely friendly, helpful and make the lessons interesting and fun. The atmosphere at the school is wonderful and I made real progress in Spanish in my two weeks at CLIC. I am now in the process of booking my third visit!

Friend and I had a faultless 4 day holiday in April 2018 to the Cotswolds and visit Blenheim Palace which was spectacular! Marriott Hotel Swindon very clean friendly helpful staff and hotel food was very good. Our Coach driver was extremely good considerate helpful and very pleasant and a very good steady driver. Thank you very much Williams Holidays ...we will certainly take another holiday with your company!
Have just come back from a choir trip to France on a Williams bus driven by Ryan, who we all agreed is an excellent driver, friendly, professional and accommodating at all times. The way he negotiated those difficult and bendy back roads was nothing short of brilliant. Thank you Ryan
