This is by far the best supplement shop going in the south west and further competing in the U.K. The prices simply cannot be beaten by any other company, the quality is far better than the large companies you find on the internet that isn’t worth putting in your body! Nathan is extremely knowledgeable in the fitness industry, no matter what stage or level of fitness you’re at, it would be well worth visiting his shop for some assistance on supplements. I have been a regular customer to Nathan’s shop and even moving to London he still gets me next day delivery every time I order. Couldn’t recommend this business enough!!

Cheap products in comparison to online. Amazing trained staff on site who are always available and willing to give advice on all products. It's my go-to place for all supplements and dietary advice. Also loads of freebies/samples!!!

I'm so glad I stumbled across this little place! The staff were happy and helpful and the food and coffee was out of this world. They were playing some great easy to listen to feel good music. I found everything about this place just perfect and I will be going back there without a doubt next time I am in Cornwall
