I have had mixed dealings with Bill Bannister. It is the result of 2 failed house purchases. The first property when I went for my 2nd viewing I was not told of any other interested parties resulting in my offer the next morning not being entertained. Though it is law that alloffers have to be passed to the vendor. I approached the vendor personally though I quite sure this was not appreciated by the agent at all. The 2nd property the process seamed to be dragged out buy both sides myself and the vendor and I feel the agent could have tried to hurry things allong sooner. The sale eventually fell through due to an unforeseen issue with my finances that could not be helped. Jane was particularly good at the end trying to sell the surveys I had payed for and no longer needed. Unforchantly this did not work out too.

I can not recommend this agent highly enough! This is a highly professional yet personal service which was tailored around myself and my family's needs. After using other well known agents in the past, this experience has been like a breath of fresh air with the majority of the pressure involved in selling a house been take off our shoulders. The marketing of our house has been exceptional, with a full front page spread per-cured by Gary In the West Briton Property paper free of charge, I have even had comments from friends saying that I should put the price of my house up as they keep seeing pictures of it all over! In little over a week we had 5 viewings and then achieved a sale for the full asking price. It is obvious Gary is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in this field, but more than that you can tell straight away that he loves what he does and is passionate about his business and achieving the best possible out come for his client.

Gary and Sarah gave me all the help I needed to sell my property. They took the time to explain the market and work very hard at getting the best possible price. They where also on hand to help with questions I had when looking at property which I didn't feel I could ask the other estate agents. Hunters didn't just sell my home they helped me to find my new home no question was ever to much trouble. I can only say positive things and I recommend to everyone I hear is thinking about selling or buying a home.
