Have had to use this company via John Lewis for a washer dryer issue and also via Domestic and General twice for the same washer dryer and once for a Rangemaster. Each time the engineer was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. This is a great company and reassuring to know they are there for most big appliance issues in the future. Highly recommend, especially James.
