We had a problem, no CH or HW (in November). Johnny (Jonathan) came around very fast and had the problem sorted, no problem. Excellent service and would recommend him without question. Top marks.
Have just had an oiltank moved and replaced by Jonny Oilman. We found him to be very pleasant and reliable. He turned up when he said he would and the price was reasonable too. Would have no hesitation in reccomending him.

Brilliant service and amazing staff, would definitely recommend. Not only were the radiators fitted quickly, but the fitters cleaned up perfectly. They explained how to use the App patiently and thoroughly. As I work irregular hours, it's been great to be able to control the heating remotely. It's more than lived up to my expectations.
We ordered our heaters in January to replace ugly, inefficient night storage heaters. Due to the Beast from the East storms delivery was later than expected. Installation was quick and done with great attitude and a team who obviously enjoy their job and care about the customer, with honesty at the forefront as through no fault of theirs one of the heaters was damaged on arrival and they remedied the problem in a very professional way and have bent over backwards to assist us with any queries we have had. We can't fault them in any way and highly recommend their services and we plan to use them again in the near future with our home improvements.

Highly recommend Warmstar. Have had them out on 2-3 different occasions, always very polite and efficient engineers. Installed a new boiler at a very competitive price which was around 1/3-1/2 the price of a quote I had from British Gas. Really good experience with this company.
