Ordered replacement tent poles with next day delivery, they were dispatched quickly but unfortunately never arrived until a few days later, this wasn’t the shops fault it was uk mail who were at fault as usual, emailed woc and got a fast reply and postage refunded, if the item had arrived on time I would give five stars, would use again but would ask for a different courier if next day was needed.
