Chatmar Pet Hotel

Scorrier, Redruth TR16 5BJ, UK – 01209 820389

Our dog can be quite sensitive and we were nervous about going on a 10 day holiday. Chatmar were amazing - they moved her to a quieter kennel block when she didn't settle. From feedback we got at collection it was clear staff knew and loved her. We feed raw from big frozen chubbs, which in fairness can be a bit of a faff - they were great, not a hint of having felt it was a hassle. Most importantly, she came back with loads of energy, well-rested, and exactly her usual self. Thank you so much Chatmar, we will certainly be back and couldn't recommend this kennels highly enough!

Absolutely brilliant people who genuinely care for your loved member of the family Can not recommend highly enough We have used on many occasions and totally trust our little fella to Chatmar Thanks guys you're the best

Monument Vets - Redruth

Drump Rd, Redruth TR15 1PS, UK – 01209 214737

I have been taking my pets to Monument Vets for many years now, and have always received the most fantastic, caring service from Ben, Zoe and their team. They helped me nurse my two elderly cats through their twilight years, teaching me how to inject one of them with insulin when he was diagnosed with diabetes, and when the time came for them to go, they were incredibly caring, and helped to make it all as dignified and respectful as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family, and will be taking my new rescue dog to meet them very shortly!

Really appreciate how amazing Eleanor and Sarah were yesterday during a really hard time. Lovely people, so thankful for how understanding they were and what they did x
